All Seasons Realty Group, founded in 2013 by Berkshire native Craig Kahn, opened with a mission of service at its core.
With over 1,600 happy families served, we have been ranked in the top 10 real estate companies in Berkshire County every year since opening. Our mission is to enrich the lives of 10,000 people through real estate by bringing guidance, growth, and community to every client and agent we serve.
In September 2021, while kayaking on Cheshire Lake, we had this crazy idea to buy a restaurant and turn it into not only our real estate office, but also a space that would gather the community for fun events, educational workshops, retail, food, and more!
After closing on the property and completing the first round of renovations, exactly ONE YEAR to that pivotal day, we moved in!
We are proud of the inspiring, innovative space we have created, looking out onto Cheshire Lake, for our agents, clients, and community to enjoy. There is plenty more to come, but for now, we welcome you to stop in to discuss your real estate goals and questions. One of our annual efforts near and dear to our hearts is our Toys for Tots fundraiser and toy drive, created and inspired by Breslyn, our Broker's daughter, when she was just 3 years old. To date she has helped raise over $5,000 for Toys for Tots, donating hundreds of toys to local Berkshire families each year.
