She was very helpful and knowledgeable in all aspects of the whole process. Nancy always went above and beyond in all that she didi. She was very patient and went out of her way in making me feel comfortable.

We even went out for ice cream when I was stressed during showings.

I am in the process of moving to the Berkshires and found Nancy in order to get a feel for the area. She was very accommodating and gave me a great tour of the surrounding cities. When I arrived at our initial meeting - I was in town for a final interview, Nancy had prepared a booklet of information about the local housing and demographics by age, schools, sports, SAT scores and the like. It has proven invaluable in assessing the area for where we would like make our new home. We drove around for almost two hours looking at neighborhoods, apartments (transitional housing) and the local sites. Found a tenant for a home in Dalton, MA 01226.

Nancy was very helpful is locating the right tenant for the building that I manage. She responds in a timely manner and I never doubted her ability to find a tenant for the available apartment in the building. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone needing a professional, attentive, friendly and caring agent always keeping in mind the needs of the person she is working with. I will call her again if I am in need of selling my house or buying and in this case locating a the perfect tenant.
